Amber Klepsch is an Augusta native who graduated with her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augusta University and is finishing up on her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. Her background is in student affairs, where she worked with college students, helping them develop good study habits, tutoring them in classes, and assisting with new student and family programming. Through these experiences, Amber became passionate about working with young adults to foster positive change and growth.
Amber’s approach to counseling is holistic and strengths-based. She values her clients’ well-being and resilience, and emphasizes a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment. Amber believes in the power of collaboration within the counseling relationship and actively involves her clients in crafting their therapeutic journey.
Based on her student affairs background and her ongoing mental health counseling education, Amber is committed to fostering positive change in her clients’ lives. Her warm and welcoming demeanor creates a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals. Whether navigating life transitions, processing trauma, managing stress, or seeking personal development, Amber offers compassionate guidance and practical strategies to meet each client’s unique needs.
In her free time, Amber enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. As a former barista, she also enjoys visiting a nice coffee shop for good coffee and a place to study.
