Chris has worked in the mental health/addictions field for the past 40 years. During this time he earned three Masters Degrees: M.S in Clinical-Administrative Specialist; M.Ed. Counselor Education and School/Community Counseling and M.A. Forensic Psychology. He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (EAP), US DOT SAP – Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional, and an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is currently working on his doctorate in counselor education and supervision (Ed.D).
One of Chris’ specialties is in the areas of addictions. Whether you have a life-long dependence on alcohol, an over reliance on pain pills after surgery, or are finding yourself using porn excessively, Chris can help. Another of his specialties is marriage coaching. He and a marriage coach colleague work together to bring balance to counseling couples. As a seasoned Employee Assistance Professional (EAP)he enjoys helping his clients work through issues they may be having at their places of employment. He is very pragmatic, and is known to take a realistic, yet compassionate, no-nonsense approach when working with clients.
